Baseball has a long history in our organization. Last year, we managed to create a group of very talented children, and we decided to register them in the Slovak baseball league in the U15 category.
The field where we trained needed to be renovated to meet the conditions for training and hosting matches.
Thanks to the “Športuj aj Ty! (eng: Do Sports Too)” grant from the SPP Foundation, we managed to obtain financial support for the purchase of tools such as wheelbarrows, brooms, a drag net for leveling the clay, a grass roller, a lineman, clay for leveling and supplementing the field and last but not least, very important baseballs for training and matches.
Our next goal is to expand two more categories, namely U9 and U12.
We look forward to seeing all the children and the further progress of our club.
